EXTENSIVE BREATHING & ENERGY FLOW / MOVEMENT SESSIONS with  Goran Bogdanovski

When something is new to us, we treat it as an experience.

We feel that our senses are awake and clear.

We are alive.

Jasper Johns

In the sessions we are working on awareness of the body, mind and emotions through breathing , on power and softness of movements, flow and the usage of the energy and on focusing the attention and awareness. I'm providing participants with a set of tools for improvisation that they can implement in their own creations and in daily life. When people are asking me, what we will do on trainings or workshops, I usually say: We will train our body, mind and spirit through dance and creation

PILATES FLOW / MOVEMENT SESSIONS with Sandra Anais
Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century by Joseph Pilates in Germany. It focuses on the core postural muscles, which help keep the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine. In particular, Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles. The central aim of Pilates is to create a fusion of mind and body, so that without thinking about it the body will move with economy, grace, and balance. The end goal is to produce an attention-free union of mind and body.
By practicing pilates, you will improve :
Precision Every movement in the Pilates method has a purpose. The focus is on doing one precise and perfect movement, rather than many halfhearted ones. The goal is for this precision to eventually become second nature, and carry over into everyday life as grace and economy of movement.

Concentration Pilates demands intense focus.
Breathing Circulation of the blood awakens all the cells in the body and carry away the wastes related to fatigue. For the blood to do its work properly,  it has to be charged with oxygen and purged of waste gases through proper breathing. Pilates breathing should be done with concentration, control, and precision. Proper and effective breathing not only oxygenates the muscles, but also reduces tension in the upper neck and shoulders.
Centering Pilates called the very large group of muscles in the center of the body – encompassing the abdomen, lower back, hips, and buttocks – the “powerhouse.” All energy for Pilates exercises is said to begin from the powerhouse and flow outward to the limbs.
Relaxation conscious relaxation should help in relaxing stiff muscles. But Pilates relaxation is not the same as contraction. Termin relaxed expresses sufficient muscular tension needed for particular exercise. We call that active relaxation.
Flow or efficiency of movement Movement is expected to be kept continuous between exercises through the use of appropriate transitions. Once precision has been achieved, the exercises are intended to flow within and into each other in order to build strength and stamina
Posture If one part of a body permanently changes the position, the body becomes unstable and contracted, overloaded and consequently susceptible to injuries. So, there is a main focus on posture.
Coordination is seen as coordinating all the principles together. At beginning of exercises we should make a correct position, relax overtensed parts of the body, to focus, activate »powerhouse« and peacefully execute each movement. Abbility for coordination, which help us observe each principle and at the same time change that principle, is getting better and spontaneous by continous practice.

Our bodies have five senses: touch, smell, taste, sight, hearing. But not to be overlooked are the senses of our souls: intuition, peace, foresight, trust, empathy. The differences between people lie in their use of these senses; most people don't know anything about the inner senses while a few people rely on them just as they rely on their physical senses, and in fact probably even more.

OPENING THE SENSES - ACTIVATING INNER CHEMISTRY / MOVEMENT SESSIONS with Sandra Anais & Goran Bogdanovski
Stop -  Unplug from Everyday Life  -  Stand Still in Silence  -  Sense your Breathing - Feel the Volume of your Heartbeat - and get to know a Stranger inside of You

We will cultivate movement practice and balance inner physical, mental and emotional states  by exploring our bodies through the full potential of ritual and meditative dance.
By focusing on sight, touch, smell, taste and hearing, we will gradually open your senses to a degree where your organic movements will develop as means of expanding your consciousness and awareness. Practice will give you enough time and space to really hear your body’s inner messages and use the information in favor of transferring it into your every day existence. Through sharpening the senses we will unlock Pandora’s box and unlock the fountain of your inner self - reflected in symbols, feelings, visions, imagination ...

We will lead you to authentic personal creative process. From duets to collective group work, we will create safe and inspiring playground for senses & dance to merge. You will have time to reflect gathered experience, to practice mindfulness together with listening to the echoes (of nature and yourself).  You will experience the art of doing nothing - through movement and total presence in states and actions.

BENEFITS
