In 2014 he started with Sandra Anais a Fičo Dance Journey which slowly transformed into Holistic Retreats & journeys.
He trusts that most profound transformation and deep happiness come from direct and holistic experiences in establishing true bonds with people from different cultures, through regular body-mind-spirit work and developing true tolerance and acceptance of self and others.
Retreats and Journeys are organised is Slovenia, Bali, India and Tenerife.

Biennial of Slovenian Contemporary Dance Art / 2013, 2011, 2003; artistic director
In 2003 he initiated and launched with partners the first national biannual Slovene contemporary dance platform. It is a mixture of a national dance festival, in which the home audience is able to gain an insight into the quality of the biennial dance creativity, while the artist can reflect upon the quality of Slovenian dance creativity, and a platform in which the foreign festival guests - presenters - are invited to reflect upon artistic pieces they might consider for their own artistic programs.

Kino Šiška / 2002 - 2008; studio & venue manager
In 2002 he occupied an empty cinema complex - Kino Šiška, transformed it, opened up and managed as a rehearsal space for contemporary dance and theatre in Ljubljana until renovation in 2008. Project was kind of illegal, without any funds, but nevertheless, almost 80 % of contemporary dance productions in Ljubljana was created in Kino Šiška during this period of time.
